Nejuven gift cards are the perfect way to treat yourself or a loved one to a luxurious spa experience. Gift cards are non-refundable and have a one year expiration date. They can be redeemed for services or products at our spa.
Dress Code Policy
Our staff members present themselves in a neat and professional manner to uphold the high standards of Nejuven. We kindly request that clients also dress appropriately for their appointments, wearing comfortable attire that allows for ease of movement during treatments.
Conflict Resolution Policy

Refund Policy
At Nejuven, we strive to provide exceptional services and products to our valued clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. Please review the following:
Service Refunds:
All service payments are non-refundable. However, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know immediately so we can address any concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
Product Refunds:
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
To initiate a product return, please contact us with your order details, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
No-Show Policy:
Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged the full service fee.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 5 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Refunds Processing:
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
